Reiki

Pronounced "Ray-Key," this Japanese healing modality is loosely defined as the flow of Universal Life Force Energy. This is very complimentary to Western medical treatments and powerful on its own to support self-awareness, energy balancing, and deep relaxation - all of which contribute to the body being able to access its own innate healing capacities.

I have been a Reiki Master/Teacher since 1997. I provide hands-on treatments (as well as hands-off) and distant healing sessions. I am deeply grateful for the gifts of empathic intuition and insight, and use them for the sacred work of facilitating an awakening and reunion with your own natural healing capacity and inner wisdom.

Sound Healing

With the use of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and my voice, (which will often channel intuitive healing melodies), you can experience profound and lasting effects in support of your wellbeing on every level.
