About Me

I have a passion for communing with nature, herbal remedies, essential oils, sacred sound, prayer, and meditation to support balance and awaken healing potential within myself and others. While personally rooted in and nourished by the traditions of Judaism and Buddhism, I am inspired by the universal threads that weave through all spiritual paths.

In addition to my private practice, I am the founder of Neshamah Yoga & Wellness™ — a synergistic journey of embodied Jewish devotion, meaningful spirituality, and compassionate self-care. Through this work I offer regular classes, day-long retreats, and experiential workshops for the Jewish community of all ages, from early childhood to elders.

I enjoy spending my free time with my husband and son, our awesome dog Ollie, greeting the sunrise, creating new aromatherapy blends, practicing yoga, dancing, writing, chanting, and leading retreats. Living my life as an offering brings me deep fulfillment and gratitude. I truly can’t imagine doing anything else.

My work is grounded in three decades of training across holistic health, spiritual direction, yoga therapy, mindfulness, somatic healing, and energy medicine. Below is a selection of the education and certifications that shape my approach.
